So far, after a 2 year hiatus i’m back to makin blogs, been busy adjusting to 3rd year med life and i was promoted to a senior clerk  and i’ve delivered them babies, counseled some mothers, treated some cazies, and seen a whole lotta sick people.. hehe, enjoy some of these pics down memory lane..

Sometimes when you’re hungry you jst don’t feel like sharing.. internship is more about survival =) hehe by any means necessary..

Contemplating the meaning of life and the vocation which gives back not in monatary value, but in the fact that you helped someone get better..

Spirit day! making our lives jst a little be more enjoyable, we are stock holders of SWU, therefore we should take advantage of all the privilages including dancing in front of a bunch of koreans.. hahaha! (you had to be there.. wink wink..)

In the e.r. there are some things that need to be performed to r/o.. the DRT is one of those things.. (should be the px wincing ryt?!?)

Good old Sacred heart, the I.C.U, ambu baggin has always been a req. for all senior clerks..

  The first couple of days in Chung Hua were pretty hectic, but after a few days in the e.r. and a whole lotta prelim readings, i think i really missed the cozyness of shh.. Here’s a pic of the MHAM, CIM, & Gullas connection…

Gotta maintain my vit amins, foolishly thinking that maybe the information from Internal med would best be absorbed in my tummy.. hehe =)

Spendin a little birthday breakfast w/ my groupmates.. One of the rare occasions where i’l spend money, i’m so tihik, grabe =) A year together seems long, but not long enough, we’re half way through the year.. Can’t wait till argao! =)

  The very 1st scorch the MIC was a hit.. Hiphop coming out strong in Cebu.  Me and dTx were all pimped out waiting to see who was goin to win the first week.

The crowd was hype to see what was goin down… Underground MC’s made a name for themselves and hard core vets came out and showed their skills.. The mc’s didn’t disappoint..

Young cat wolf g goin up against an older kat… ill Rascal vs. The game…then in Round 2, wolf g goin up againt MacBully..Championship Round: MacBully vs. D-Smith

Winner "D-Smith" from new Mexico took it with a close call by the judges, mostly persueded croud support…

After the contest, things got hype w/da b-boys doing their thang, and the producers showin how to rock the party… 

INTRUMS AT SWU

  The long wee k was prepared with a delicate touch, and all seemed to go well.. until the Irish came?!?! just one of the memories that will be etched into our minds as we go on through the years.

Although during the whole intrums, i think i over did it.. with the result of having a splitting headache, sore body and fever.. it was all worth it.. I think the MHAM green machine really did well, i believe 4th place was the final position. With such a hectec sched.

I’m still amazed we did this well. The amount of work that was put in, really payed off.

Next year will be filled with more memories and so on and so forth. From the opening parade till the closing cerimonies, we gave it our all…

The support of every student will greatly be appreciated and everyone should feel proud of themselves. We made it farther than anyone expected.

Let us cherish these memories, cuz like the favorite quote of dr. Tipgos…

The new 7 on 7 season will begining in sept. in the mean time, We haven’t found a new sponsor, and it seems as if we will be parting our separate ways.. Most will be joining members of the vudu team, but i’l remind you that the suns are the majority, it will be a new team, no history will be brought in with this, making a new breed of players.

Although this team has a lot of history and memory behind it.  We won’t forget them.  To all the girls that have played with us, its been great! Hopefully you’l find just as much fun playin in the womens division.. I’m sure you will, sorry for not using you guys, in my opinion the best recieving girls in the league, not to forget Jova, the best girl tackler i’ve ever witnessed.

There’s more to life than flag football everyone, keep up with your studies, your families, work and other friends.

Flag is has helped me adjust to cebu, i hope its helped you in some way too.

Everyone here has found there spot and is developing their own identity.

What a memorable intrum week.. we gave a good fight but came up short in the end.. The winners "college of nursing" ..  although we were able to beat them in the reg. matchup..

Our old bodies couldn’t keep up with these young kats.. Losing by one touchdown we almost came up with the title… But all i can say to make things better is that.. no one remembers second place…

But we will always remember the 40pt blow out in our very first game as a team, always remember the black eye that DR took, always remember Bombie doing the stick dance in the end zone.. Having the best looking uniforms.. (tnx albert!)

and the friendships that were made in the the end. Lets not forget that we are Students first, athletes second.. =)

Like i said keep up the good work, its been a blast.. See you all next year!

                     

MORE MHAM NEWS

In other news, Sammo L. made an appearance at the annual  CDU/MHAM med intrum warm-up.. close match with the game being cut short because of volley ball,MHAM was down by ten..

All i can say is "The floor was REALLY SLIPPERY!" but its all good, thanks for the invite CDU..
